The Utah State Secondary (Grades 6-12) Library Core Standards have been under revision and have now been approved by the Utah State Board of Education for public comment.
You can read through the new standards and also comment on the proposed standards.

ReplyDeleteI just printed the standards, now I have some reading ahead of me. I would really like lesson ideas to help make for some good teaching. Anyone interested in putting together some lessons?
ReplyDeleteDawn Ann, I think it would be good to know how to help students with a foundation for Jr. High and High School, but remember these are the standards for grades 6-12, so you only have 6th grade to really worry about.
